Where in the system do I wire in the switches.

I have no experience with electrical stuff at all. I am in the process of building my own camper trailer from scratch and I am looking at the minimalist setup on Will’s website, but I am unsure where on the system I would wire in a switch panel to control my lights and other accessories ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You physically put light switches where you need them in your trailer. Your LED (12VDC) lights will connect to the 12V fuse box in the minimalist system. The positive wire for the lights will go from the fuse box to the switch and then continue from the switch to the light being controlled by the switch. The negative wire for the lights will go from the fuse box to the lights. If the switch has an little LED indicator then the negative wire will need to go to the switch too.

About the only other switch might be for a water pump. That would be wired similarly to the lights.
