I am trying to find best place now to get batteries, I ordered 2 30 KWH batteries from Credence energy in Beach City Tx, He said had them in stock, now so I sent him a check for the 2 batts, then after check cleared, he tells me he dont have them in stock and cant give me a refund, so I am out 8500.oo, am looking for a place to get batteries that is reasonable and a LEGIT! BUSINESS!

There are many. How did you find these people? If you are local go see them in person! Back to your question, I just bought/built a battery case and 16kw of 304ah Lifepo4 cells from Apexium. It's a chinese company with stock in the US. I'm in the Houston area and went to their warehouse and picked up the supplies and saved shipping.

I mean you should damn sure be filing a chargeback, hopefully you paid with a card. That amount of money is enough that I would drag someone to small claims court for.

There are tons of legitimate places to purchase batteries. Lots of people here use sites like Current Connected or Signature Solar to buy all-in-one large size wall mount batteries.

Hate to hear they did that to you just for shits and giggles and aside from looking for the new batteries. I would take a little bit of my time and start off politely contact to the bank to see what you can do in regards to the funds and explain the situation to them to see what they say, most likely they may say that since it’s not a fraudulent charge, there’s nothing they can do. On one hand it is somewhat fraudulent because they told you they had something they didn’t but they didn’t tell you they did not until after they took your money. Secondly, Better Business Bureau fairly easy really quick. Get on file a complaint get within and let them know Third Facebook beautiful place. Blast them tag them. Make sure you put your evidence of your proof there so that may seem childish or silly, but money has money, and Lord knows money nowadays means more than anything with the cost of everything and social media can make a break a company again, emphasis on make sure you put your proof it may not necessarily help you right now, but it could help somebody else from getting screwed over!

OK that aside, depending if you’re trying to build your own type of battery system or you’re looking for a completed battery modules, you can go from places such as battery hook up.com that sells a little bit of everything for people looking to build something small to power a small mansion lol I’ve ordered from them a couple times and thus far had pretty good luck with them. I live in East Texas and used a place called signature solar to purchase my Growatt grid tie inverter And got a hell of a deal on it. You can usually find their information all over and again they’re located in Texas and their shipping is fast and Customerservice is damn near just as fast. If and when I’ve had a question I can have a response either the same day or that night in preparation for the next business day. Hope this helps you and either way let us know. Best of luck.

That's an instant lawsuit and criminal charge. Tell him you're going to the police to file a report if you do not get your money back immediately.

Docan and Apexium have a warehouse in Houston. I've had no issues with their product.

Do not just give up money like that, file a police report. Contact an attorney in tx, a good attorney will consult for free to hear your case.

I already filed with the BBB. I contacted the police dept in his city but they told me I have to call the police dept in my town, so I will call today. As for a lawyer, will end up costing me way more money and I am about wiped out now since lost this much.

This is total scam. Hope you get your money back!

If you are planning to DIY, do check out our website for eForce 28.8kWh.

Looks like Texas has fee shifting, loosing partys pays all fees. Anything over$ 2500 is a felony in Texas too.

How would that be DIY?
Buying a pre-built, extremely overpriced, battery is not DIY. DIY would be buying raw cells, assembling them in series, adding a BMS, Class T fuse and disconnect.
For context, last week, I had 36 280Ah cells delivered for ~$2300; that's why I said extremely overpriced.

Do you offer free shipping like NAZ?

That's bullshit. Find out if the business is in county or city jurisdiction. Call back and ask for a supervisor and demand they take the report. Call the local press as well. Leave reviews on Google, Yelp, Next Door, etc. You're going to have to pester everyone. File in small claims too. You can get sample complaints online. The longer you wait the harder it's going to be to get the money back.

I assume communication was via phone/email/internet? Then you might be able to get some wire fraud thrown in there...

Do we have like a solar mafia? Any members close to Beach City? :)
Everything in Houston is 30 - 40 minutes away. :ROFLMAO:

Will can fix this with one e-mail.

Hi, I have a forum member that claims they did not receive the goods they paid for. My channel has 1,000,000 subscribers and I'm considering doing a video on this transaction. Would you like to respond to the person's claims? When would be a good time to come visit?

That's why the lowlifes do that. They know it will cost you dearly to attempt getting your lost funds. I dearly loathe thieves. Punishment of thieves is the only point where I agree with Islam. :)

I messaged their facebook page and their auto response is in Spanish....
