Hate to hear they did that to you just for shits and giggles and aside from looking for the new batteries. I would take a little bit of my time and start off politely contact to the bank to see what you can do in regards to the funds and explain the situation to them to see what they say, most likely they may say that since it’s not a fraudulent charge, there’s nothing they can do. On one hand it is somewhat fraudulent because they told you they had something they didn’t but they didn’t tell you they did not until after they took your money. Secondly, Better Business Bureau fairly easy really quick. Get on file a complaint get within and let them know Third Facebook beautiful place. Blast them tag them. Make sure you put your evidence of your proof there so that may seem childish or silly, but money has money, and Lord knows money nowadays means more than anything with the cost of everything and social media can make a break a company again, emphasis on make sure you put your proof it may not necessarily help you right now, but it could help somebody else from getting screwed over!
OK that aside, depending if you’re trying to build your own type of battery system or you’re looking for a completed battery modules, you can go from places such as battery hook up.com that sells a little bit of everything for people looking to build something small to power a small mansion lol I’ve ordered from them a couple times and thus far had pretty good luck with them. I live in East Texas and used a place called signature solar to purchase my Growatt grid tie inverter And got a hell of a deal on it. You can usually find their information all over and again they’re located in Texas and their shipping is fast and Customerservice is damn near just as fast. If and when I’ve had a question I can have a response either the same day or that night in preparation for the next business day. Hope this helps you and either way let us know. Best of luck.
