Doesn't look familiar to me. If you could take a close up of the white sticker in pic 3 I might be able to give more info.

its the local guys who use this in there battery they sold 3 to a friend . now they dont sell them any more . they still use them . do not want to give any info on it either .

Stickers says it's made by (or most likely rebranded by given what I say below and given they sell rebranded Daly BMS) https://lithiumbatteriessa.co.za/

It also says model is SP48100-1101-10C-05-16S which sounds like a 16S (48 V) 100 A BMS.

The silkscreen says it's made by "Sh energy electronic tech". I can't really find a company with this exact name (there's plenty others with similar names tho) but the Sh would orient me towards a Shenzhen based company.

Edit: also the date codes show the BMS was made in the 13th week of 2013 and the LCD module was made in the 26th week of 2007 so it's a pretty old BMS.

Edit²: the company logo looks like a W in a circle.

Yep, they are Seplos I just bought a few, compatible with most inverters, follow the pylontech format so Growatt, Goodwe will work with them.

Caution as to ID of the BMS board, first hand experience working with Seplos myself with So called Seplos BMS boards.. I had purchased 3 LiFeP04 Lithium Batteries and all three BMS boards failed after 40 days.. I pulled the boards and thought by this above pictures these were Seplos. However they may have been made by Seplos, but did not have the Seplos Serial White Sticker Name and English word SEPLOS serial Number. They had a different name in Chineese with a serial number.
Also you may have a Growatt, depending which model and using the Pylontech Protocols are No guarantee that the Growatt will communicate with the Seplos BMS using that setting. Mostly because Growatt uses pin 1 and 2 of the BMS port and Seplos BMS boards and other BMS boards maybe using pin 4 and 5, etc and you need to know what protocol, for instance, PYLON Tech series batteries with Growatt use Menu 5 setting L1 51 or L1 36 using L02 or L04..
Just a heads up.. The Seplos boards are excellent, and their tech support is excellent. use WhatsApp and contact them directly is you need help
Hope this helps. You have some homework to get it to work. But it will work.

They are made by Seplos:

They May be Seplos as for Mfg.. but may have third party White Sticker with Serial number.. If the White Sticker Does not say SEPLOS with serial number in English.. then its a seplos board reworked by third party. You may ask how I know this.. Thanks to you, got me started with Seplos, and they worked with me to solve the mystery and informed me of what I stated above.. Seplos tech support excellent and nice to work with. Very helpful. Adventurebiker Thanks for giving me a direction to solve my BMS board mystery.. Learned a lot.

I have same BMS in my battery and it just died the second time today. Bought my battery from Rosen Solar in China but it looks like they all source the SH Energy electronic tech BMS...which as some said may be a rebranded product by Seplos. I am currently talking to the Seplos guys to see if I can order one from them directly...whilst also talking to the vendor I bought the inverter from... to see if they can send me another one... the second time. Oh man, the shipping cost alone to Ghana is like $150

For some reason, what killed the BMS is having the RS485 cable unplugged and plugged in whilst battery is still turned on. Not sure why that would kill the BMS but it seems the same thing happened the first time.

Also my battery is 15s 100AH but the BMS installed is 150AH (pointed out by the Seplos guys). Could that be the reason why they keep failing? What happens if the vendor really did install a 150AH BMS into my 100AH battery? Will that make the BMS easily damaged?

I should also mention that my inverter is a Growatt 5kw off-grid. Model is SPF 50000TL HVM WPV-P).

Merci.

I am wanting to talk to anyone that has had trouble with Rosen batteries. I made a large purchase from them in 2021 and have now had multiple failures and Rosen has basically cut off communications and refused to honor the warranties. I have stocked up on spares and found more honorable companies to work with but I would like to catalog experiences with Rosen here to make sure that others don't fall victim to them.
