Okey dokey
Im a bit of a newbie so looking for advice. I have x4 EVE 230ah cells heading in my direction compliments of the very helpful Michael Caro of this forum. They are going to be fitted in my motorhome. To chat purge the I have a Renogy 50A DC-CC MPPT controller as well as a Victron blue smart 20A charger for when connected to EHU (shore power I believe it’s called in the USA). For solar I’m running x2 Renogy 175w panels wired in parallel. I also run a Renogy 2000W pure sine wave inverter and my biggest load on the inverter is an 800W (240V) water heater.
So taking all of the above into consideration what would be the best BMS to use?
Given we are often at 0 deg C and below up here during the winter I believe I will need something with a temp cut-off but I’m also not averse to designing a battery heating system if needs be.
Thank you in anticipation for all your help
best wishes
Doug
