In the process of building two 280ah 16s batteries, BMS will be JK 200A.
The cells I have are male M6 stud type
So I'm looking at busbars...
There's 2mm flexi ones with elongated holes
There's tricky to find 3mm Flexi ones with elongated holes (but their alot more expensive) and there's 4mm Flexi ones but the holes aren't elongated, just round 6mm holes.
My cells don't quite sit 74mm apart it's just a tiny smidge under that.
Whats the best bet? Will 2mm be fine? Shell out for 3mm or add thick spacers between the cells and use 4mm or try and bend them on the braid abit?
Has anyone done temperature/resistance readings and found 2mm is iffy?
Thanks very much for reading and advice
