Hi, I'm currently thinking of buying a Growatt Inverter with export limitation SPM meter, or preferably with the CT clamp that will monitor my usage from the grid, and sets inverter power accordingly thus not exporting anything back to grid. I'm trying to understand if the MIC 750 - 3000 TLX range uses the CT clamp or does it require the SPM meter to be fitted? Ideally I'd just like to stick a CT clamp on just for ease.
I have 4 x 400Watt panels, so was thinking of going for the MIC 1500 TL-X as it says in the Data Sheet "Max Recommended PV Power (for module STC) 2100Watt. The next one up is the MIC 2000 TL-X says in the data sheet Max Recommended PV Power (for module STC) is 2800 watt. Which one would be best to go for, given my array size!
Also would love to know if the 2500 - 6000 TL-XE range works better for export limitation and if that range uses CT clamp or Meter?
Thanks
