Which 'packaged' 12V 100AH batteries have balancing BMS standard?

I'm thinking of getting a LiFePO4 12V 100AH battery for ham radio use, and also to offload some of my house's power to solar (SCE charges me $0.33/KWh all in - ridiculous!).

Been scouring all the info in this forum and I'm seeing that BMS's in these things typically don't balance the pack, just stop charging when a cell reaches HV shutdown.

Which of the bargain 12V 100AH packs out there actually use a balancing BMS?

Thanks,
Dave

We'll they usually do balance, but at a very low rate. You should be fine, look for some of the videos Will, or others have done reviews on.

It's not so much that they lack balancing, but that the balancing is so weak as to be ineffective. It's easier to charge at a lower voltage so the cells tend to stay in balance.

I just charged my drop-in to 98.09% SoC at 13.8v and the cell delta is 0.004mV, no balance used or needed.
