Who is the real manufacture of these panels?

I found an ad on Craiglist in my area. The guy is selling new 550 watt panels.
I think I know the answer to this, but I'm newbie when it comes to solar panels.
He says they are " OEM Canadian Solar", however when I google the actual part number, I get a bunch of Chinese companies.

So I'm guessing these panels are actually made in some giant factory in China, and then all these companies I see selling them as
thier own are really just re-branding them...

The panel is: JMD550P-144M

local guy is selling them for $220.
I think that is really god price since I'm in Hawaii and getting any panels from the mainland would add a lot of shipping cost.
So even if I found a better deal on any panels, with shipping, ( if they are even willing to ship to Hawaii, another problem) I think these are pretty good deal.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Almost all from China
Thare are some usa and European solarpanels makers
But the price are 2x time higher per watts than a china model

Really its all label sticker manufacturer.
And sell under own name.
