I have 16 eve 315ah cells with jk 200a(non inverter) bms 6000xp and 9kwh of solar the batteries when hooked up stop charging at 3.4v . When I leave my property I take my batteries home due to freezing temps .I'm going back to the property and put a 60v 25a charger to them incase we get in at night (no solar)
5 Days ago the cells were at 3.21 after 5 days of charging are only at 3.32 and charger is only charging at 55w ?
Why can't I get these to 100% soc

They only reset themselves to 100 when they hit the alarm pack voltage I believe, which I think is silly. I set my alarm parameter all the way down to 55V just to get it to regularly reset.

Cell resistance increases as you approach full. So they charge fast between 20 and 90, but much slower for the last 10%... Just like electric vehicles

Are you tacking total KWHr going in and out?

If the cells reached 3.45v during charging, any sort of load even 20-30w can bring those cells down to what you’re seeing.

Have you ever brought the pack up to 3.45v/cell? If not then the BMS is just guessing when it states 100%.

I’m guessing you want to see 3.45v per cell?
