Batteries in series
Voltage of benchtop at 14.6V
Current all the way to the right

completely randomly the benchtop display jumps to something like 13.6V and 9ish amps

Could it be detecting overload or short circuit? Maybe limit your voltage to 13.6 and 5 amps to try again.

Are you batteries already charged?

Get a hand held volt meter and set to 20v DC.

Measure the voltage of each cell and write down. Then measure the voltage of the entire bank and write down.

Measure the supply voltage of the leads on the PSU while unattached and write down.

Attach the leads to the battery ends and measure the voltage across the terminals, and write down.

Report.

13.45V WHOLE PACK
3.36V,3.35V,3.36V and 3.36V

voltage of psu is same as the displays

You can see in your 2nd pic the Charging Moffett is turned off. The last page of the settings tab has a button to turn it on/off. Check that first.

The cutoff voltage shouldn't be tripping because there is no faults present.

Edit: also check to make sure every setting is setup correctly, ie, the capacity AH is correct or atleast close if you don't know. It's showing 100% at 13.6v which tells me a setting is wrong.

The aH should be 272aH as reflected in my app settings. Attached photo of battery specifications.
Which setting in the bms do i adjust? What exactly is happening with the charging moffett and why must i turn it off?
