Will Prowse - chins new low temp smart bat review?

They came out with this new battery that they claim to have a low temp sensor and heating element. If it is too cold it won't charge but instead use solar power to heat up batteirs and once it reaches right temp - it will start charging.

Would love to see you test and break open that one!
