Will's Budget Friendly 24V Solar System--no breakers?

Will shows both AC input and DC input without a breaker, but the Growatt 24V SPF 3000TL LVM I bought calls for breakers? What am I missing?

You want both AC and DC breakers (or fuses), possibly the page you were looking at just had them excluded for simplicity.

As a beginner, I find this issue very confusing! Will does not show, nor does he even mention, any AC or DC breakers in his videos here Budget Friendly 24V or here Beginner Friendly All-in-One (as examples), nor is there any breaker listed here for building one of these https://www.mobile-solarpower.com/all-in-one-solar-power-packages.html although even the AC extension cable is listed??

It has been my observation that Will's videos often omit or gloss over details including safety considerations, including ocp, grounding, etc.

I think this is probably for the sake of simplicity / avoiding complexity, or possibly discomfort with giving advice on safety issues for legal or other reasons.

For this reason, I think that other than for small and simple systems, Will's examples are best considered learning tools and simplified starting points (he is a great explainer, and great at simplifying semi-complex ideas and systems), which should be adapted to your needs and improved upon, particularly with regards to safety and in some cases component quality.
