Windows 10 BMS software via RS485 for unknown BMS

I am looking for Windows/Linux software to read an unknown BMS. I have a 16S 48V/100ah battery bank (No brand name label anywhere) with a BMS board (SuperPower SPB-TI14-001-A04.1) in it. As near as I can figure it comes from "http://www.sz-supower.com.cn/". That said, I am not seeing any software on the website. The only comms ports on the battery bank BMS is RS485A and RS485B. I do have a RS485 to USB converter. Interacting with the BMS would be better than just reading it but I will take what I can get at this point. Does anybody know what software might have a chance of working? Am I better changing the BMS out for another one with known software? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Emailing the company is an option but I am hoping somebody's experience here might show me a few more options. Cheers and thanks in advance.

How did you acquire a 48v 100ah battery bank that has no identification of manufacturer or branding on it?

Did it fall out of a shipping container into your backyard?
