I wonder whether there is any difference between these 12 AWG wires below for connecting solar panels for portable use:

TEMCo $0.31 at 100' - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0168YI1FW
GS Power $0.22 at 2x100' - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074DN8532
Southwire $0.22 at 100' - https://www.amazon.com/Southwire-55671323-Primary-12-Gauge-100-Feet/dp/B003J65A98/
Speaker Wire $0.25 at 2x50' - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071KHC6JY/

Thanks!
None of that wire is suitable for outdoor solar use.
You want silicone insulation with UV protection.

Low voltage landscape wire, UV and direct burial rated, stranded. Sold at Lowes in the outdoor low voltage lighting aisle. I've been using it for 2 years on my portable system.

I'll pile on and say that the TEMCo wire is indeed PV wire. I'm using their wire, but in 10 gauge, not 12.

The 10 gauge PV wire I have is used on the roof to connect the solar panels to the interior circuit breaker. I'm using wire from the same spool for portable ground deployed panels. It works well, but 12 gauge might be a little easier to handle when deploying the wire and storing it. Both sets of panels (roof and ground) are wired in series, approximately 80v, 640w.

You are all correct, I must have glossed over that one, however, the rest of the choices presented in the OP are all unsuitable.
Low voltage cable should ONLY be chosen for parallel panels, and beware of the insulation voltage limits.
