Without BMS and CAN directly connected Inverter - 16s 314 Ah Battery

Hey here is the little 3 months update.
3 months have passed, my system works like a clockwork, each cell is within 0.001v.
Every day in winter I used ~80% SOC or 13 kwh energy out of 16. Now, in ~3 months I used like 54 full cycles.
In total I discharged my battery 860 kWh

Today I installed little Noctua Fan to keep my system cool and ready for the Summer

Temperature dropped 10C immediately. I fine tuned my Noctua that it's silent, I installed Industrial 3000 RPM Noctua and tuned to 1100 RPM so I can't hear it. Even on those speeds it keeps -10C from DC temperature.
I use my server PC to power fan and set the speed for ventilator.

Also installed Polycarbonate cover to battery so it looks cool now.
Useless post without voltages.

Oh man, I just read through this whole thread and this was a DOOZY. This was more entertaining than the "LTO battery fire" thread.

And then I see OP is back with a new account.

The absolute reality distortion field surrounding this entire thread, the complete refusal to just charge the pack at a high enough voltage to reveal cell voltage drift, and certainly the utter refusal to just (attempt to) prove his point by unbalancing one cell and then do his magical voodoo physics to balance the pack using inertia and cells not sucking the current... or something.

Absolute banger of a thread, I rate it 0.01V of cell imbalance out of 16kWh of burning LiFePO4 cells

I am right. Just proving my point with data.
3 months in, 20 years more to go.
That is just a statement and not answering my question to you.

Why do you feel the need to prove that you are right and everyone around here are wrong?

Is it not clear that no one here have any interest to adopt your point of view and reject your data and your method?
Why do you persist to force your opinion on to others, that clearly do not want your opinion here?

It is not so much not wanting his or her opinion as it is wanting verifiable proof. if he or she can prove it then kudos, but i think its all a scam run by a troll unless actual proof is provided

I am not forcing anything.
As far as I know, moderators told you that you needed to remove your foot-note signature and you refused to align with directions of moderators, rendering moderators banning your previous account.

Now you created a new account and continue trying to convince this community that everyone here is wrong and you are right.

What you do is coming to a "house" as a guest, and refuse to acknowledge the rules of the host that welcomed you.

In my opinion, your behavior is completely disrespectful, arrogant and rude.

It is clear that your opinion is regarded as a dangerous practice of lithium batteries. The community are mitigating the risk of people that are learning about batteries, reading your advice and adopt a practice that is considered not safe.

Yes. I perceive your relentless stubborn strive as "you are forcing".

It is not so much not wanting his or her opinion as it is wanting verifiable proof.
Very true and I completely agree with you on that point.

Although. The community have given more than abundant opportunity for OP to provide grounds for OP's opinion. The community listened to the grounds and found the whole thing delusional and not anchored in scientific reality.

So. In the end, it is exactly that, OP's opinion, since community perceive OP failed to provide acknowledged grounds.

trust me friend, not calling you out on this. empirical proof is the answer

hey Sir Gobble Bottom, how has you r day been?
My day is 35 minutes old. I am currently trying to get as much caffeine as possible into my system.

I am driving the 2wd luxo barge
You got this. I heard they only need to be filled to 70% and they balance themselves! Might be good for snow.

Trapped on the flanks of Mt Fuji...
there are worse things, trust me.... here the crackles of the snow as deer and wild boar run after dark, the local stray cat who worship me like a god (yes I feed all the cast off animals that bad people toss away.) i even take a few of them home if they are homable... the lack of polution which really helps with my hay fever.. I i have zero hay fever surrounded by several million acres of pines, spruce and firs, but let me go down about 500 meters where all the car exhaust mixes with it and the crap (PM2.5) from china and i am a walking dead... full on zombie. this time of the year I spend as much time as possible here. so getting stuck do to the snow is a great thing, it gives kme an excuse.

@sunshine_eggo is the a-hole.

I reported him. IMHO, no place for him here. It's a violation of the terms and rules.

When he comes back with swollen cells and/or he's had to reduce his absorption voltage to 3.30V/cell with massive capacity loss, I'll be happy to have him... :P

With any luck, he'll be right about the 20 years, and we'll never have to hear from him again... :P
