Wondering Out loud??? Solar tax credit for system with gas generator included.

I am installing a system with the high voltage direction, Solis s6 and a LG 16 or two batteries.
In the reviews of many inverters they mention using a generator as a backup to the system through a input on the inverter.

My question is if you install a generator as part of system from the start, does it qualify for 30 percent of the tax credit?

Reason I ask is I recently watched a video that the owners had a generator included with the solar company's install. I don't plan on using an outside vendor, but shouldn't need to.

All I can tell you is that my very good accountant never mentioned including the generator in our deductions and he doesn't miss much. Don't think that will fly.
