I just spotted the DC house 48V charger on amazon https://www.amazon.com/DC-HOUSE-Aluminum-Waterproof-Anti-Fall/dp/B0CYPYNHZ8

I've been looking for something to charge my batteries on cloudy days, would rarely be used and probably wouldn't charge them to 100% , but I still want a good quality charger as a back up.

My questions are, does anyone have any experience with this brand / charger?
Would it be a good one for EG4 server rack batteries?

Your feedback/ recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Adjusting for expectations, it's what I would choose. eBay has it a wee cheaper:

I have one of those. Nice little charger. It was $97 on Temu. Super ez plug and play. at the top voltage it was around 12A. LED tells you when it is done by BMS opening up. Very light little unit.

Found one even cheaper than the original one I posted,

claims to be 25Amps at 58.4V
18A @110 VAC
US $100.40/ea or Best Offer

Your link shows 25A @220 VAC too. Didn't know they could go up that high. Switch mode power supply's. Very light.

I believe they are all the same model. It is 18A at lower voltage and drops to 12A at 56V and above. it gets the job done.

Indeed they all seem to have the same model number "qa1250a" .. According to some listings I found, the 1250 stands for 1250watts max. I found a spec sheet from one seller: https://spvolt.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/SP-QA-1250A-charger-technical-manual-1.pdf

Free cup of coffee with this one!
