Would you dispute/return these "grade a" 120ah batteries?

My batteries arrived (without the busbars, studs/nuts ?) and the voltages were IDENTICAL at 3.293 across all 4. The terminals all looked clean and threads looked good. 2 of the cells had some swell to them, Ninthcit says these images are normal, but not sure if I'd agree. Going to be used in a van setup. Also, one cell has an odd lamination of the blue wrapper to the casing.

Maybe once I get the busbars, do a compression between plywood with then balance? Problem is that I can't even balance until they've sent me the bus bars (my first time doing this so I don't have the hardware...)

EVE data sheet now indicates a variance in the thickness depending on the SOC.

Thickness(30% SOC) 71.5±1.0mm
Thickness(100% S C) 72.0±1.0mm

There are a number of battery box compression threads here on the forum. If you discharge the cells down, put cells in a box under compression and then recharge I think they should be fine. Use some insulating material between the cell sides and or bottom. From what I've seen from others posting pics these are some of the better looking ones, not beat up and gouged etc.

Ok, thanks! Without busbars, how do you suggest I discharge these and monitor that I don't run them to 0% and permanently damaging the cells?

There are plenty of examples of that here or you can watch some videos from this guy, or other stuff on youtube > https://off-grid-garage.com

You need a voltmeter, some form of load if you just want to know the voltage. Capacity testing is another animal altogether.

No busbars in the box at all? Mine came with a hardware pack. That is certainly inconvenient

busbars finally came in....they are the kind with the bump in the middle. I've seen both ways...should the bump go up or down between the terminals?
