Had an issue with grid input. Would not take any from grid, while fine with panels. Not much need in summer but may come in handy as the sun time decreases, and very much needed in case of a grid outage/generator use. Turns out for some reason, I can't fathom, grid input can be turned off. Apparently I had done so. A few texts and they resolved.

Glad to hear they came thru, and quickly with refund. Doesn't absolve them from the above, but does say something about the corporate culture.

So Zendure finally admits that their warranty is really only 30 days. See their final response to me attached. I would urge anyone considering buying from them to run.

I'm having the same issue, it will run ups, but not charge from grid. How did you resolve this?

Mine was in home mode. Customer service recognized based on screen shot of front panel. Told me to hit ac button twice and system was taken out of home mode and took grid input.

For any of you who may be concerned with with the ac 2.2.4 firmware upgrade I did mine easily. They recommend pv/devices unplugged, turn off the zendure fully before, and disconnected sat bat.

Any feedback as to how things are going with that unit as of today? Has the dust settled a bit with respect to the firmware issues?

I've had 2 replacements. When done with careful watch by end user the replacement takes 4 to 5 weeks. You must stay on them as Zendure has no phone support, and all support comes from outside the US. This creates a time issue as to communications and a language challenge. Try to get to Molly Xiao as quickly as possible. She is very capable, and diligent in her job, although appears over worked. WRITE EXTREMELY SPECIFIC FOR BEST RESULTS. That all said they are a real company that has twice honored their warrantee with me. Keep all boxes and know serial numbers. Firmware issues have been much better than a year ago for me, and my current device has been working well since in place.

Hope I had seen the forum discussions before the purchase. I bought the SBV 4600 last month, I actually liked it before it stopped working this morning. I have been using it as a UPS, this morning the AC output and input both stopped working. My unit came with very new firmwares, I didn’t not do any firmware update.

I have emailed Zendure support, no reply yet, not sure what can I try at this moment.
