EG4 6000XP & PowerPro- Slow Generator Charging

Just commissioned a EG4 6000XP and PowerPro.

It's 100% off grid, have the generator set up but the 6000XP is only charging the battery at 1600 watts, despite setting 18 being set to the default of 7369W and setting 6 being set to 125A total charge current and generator charge current set at 40A.

If someone has insight it would be appreciated, I expected it to charge at 6000 watts plus.

What size is your generator?
Increase the generator charge current to ~110A.
The amperage settings are for the DC side.

That did it, thanks very much! Had no idea those were DC amps.

Generator is 8,000 running watts.

I'm betting you mean 8000 running watts, just make sure you leave enough overhead to run your loads.
