I just received 12 of the 16 Catl cells I ordered back in May. They were said to be new, and the #1 quality rated cell from China. They were said to be " capacity tested-matched-labeled prior to shipping." There are multiple dents and scratches, no QR codes, and one is missing a blue ring/seal...- Reaction score: 0

Yes all 3 boxes were a single ply cardboard with white foam top and bottom. There were some foam spacers between a few of the cells.- Reaction score: 0

Oof, thats an amatuer level mistake on my part, thanks for catching that! Voc is 21.6 per panel so 5s2p would work.
