Have 2 of these for sale, they are very low cycles less than 20. Both have green LED flashing and i can read out the data for both batteries. Let me post a couple of screenshots tomorrow. Looking for $400/ea. Located in Ventura County.

Running the program as administrator should fix it. Just right click the shortcut and choose Run As Administrator. Note: you might have to select the log path again.

Version 12.9 will probably only work on Windows XP. To run on windows 10, you would need version 12.12.
