    The main inverter is a Sofar 3.6kW and the Sofar ME3000SP is 3kW AC coupled for the batteries - I was trying to keep them below the 3.6kW to get it approved on G98 as it should be more straight forward and quicker.     Yes I did have a Solis 3.6kW version at my last house and I have been given a boxed 5kW Solis 5G - I just find the Sofar setup with separate units more flexible and easy to use. The Solis menu structure can be counter intuitive but o.k once you get to know it i.e backflow etc. I maybe need now...

    MisterB1959 did you do that ? Who was your DNO ? I may try and submit a G98 application and list the Sofar 3.6kW inverter and the ME3000SP on the same form and see what happens. They are both listed on the ENA type register and the ME3000SP set at auto the batteries would charge and once full...
