Background
Using solar for a decade but only from a 50W panel. Destroyed a Chinese controller by hooking up panels to over 200V and then again by hooking up a pump which required more power than the MPPT controller could deliver. It cost 230euros and was replaced once for free when I explained I was making a film where their controller was featured. This PowMr was cheap at 100euros and had a few good reviews so I tried, cheapo rathre than getting yet another full price one that doesn't even have a fuse in it.
