Yup. Tired of blowing money on gas/oil when I only need it for an hour or so a day max.

I'm in the same boat. Said they'd ship 5/10 and no follow up at all until I emailed them. Terrible customer service. If they don't ship by this weekend I'll definitely request a refund. I have very little faith in them if I have a warranty issue at this point with their "proactive" communications.
