    Yeah-- Each cell typically has a pressure disconnect built in. A little button that pops away from the anode and disconnects if pressure builds. It's not entirely clear how/why I was reading 0V at each bank, but the pack didn't seem to have any direct shorts. The problem with severely discharged...
