I currently have two 200 watt 12v Rich solar panels. I want to add two more panels. I could just get two more rich solar panels but the HQST 190 watt 12v panels are about 70% the cost of the Rich Solar. I'd like to run them all in series to simplify the wiring to the controler and reduced wire...

The Renogy AIO lists PV operating voltage as 60-145 volt and mppt voltage range of 60-115. Could I get away with six panels listing 24.3 max VOC (145.8) and 20.3 VMP (121.8)? I'm thinking it's not likely I'll actually hit the max outputs on the panels and I'd like to stay above the min voltage...

I started with one 100 AH 12V LiFePO4 battery, added a second and then when I decided to transition to a 48V system I added two more. Not the greatest way of going about it but hear I am. So I also need a 12 volt circuit. Can I hook to one of the batteries in the series? Will they balance...
