Well, I was able to assemble four cells into a battery with BMS over the weekend and now still waiting for it to charge completely. I have limited charging and testing capabilities so hopefully later this week will be able to test at least four cells.

To update, AliExpress found my dispute to be valid and offered a 50% refund without returning the cells. I accepted that offer and now just waiting for the funds to hit my CC.
