The Growatt SC4880 I purchased just died! It was showing charging but 0 A were going to the batteries. No faults or anything. It showed the battery voltage and the PV voltage but no A or W. I replaced it with the old Outback MX60 and I'm back charging.

I have the EG4 Lifepower4 batteries and the Growatt SC4880 SCC and am trying to find out if they can be connected so the SCC can communicate to the battery BMSs. Is this possible? I can't seem to figure it out from the Growatt information.

I checked the manual (thanks) and it looks like if I disconnect the BTS it will not use it so I can disable it that way. I can then set my Absorb and Float manually and disable the equalization by setting the interval to 000 days. I'll give it a try and see how it works!

Which batteries do you have, 12V/24V/48V? Which Victron SCC are you using?

I can't set the coefficient to 0% but I did not think about just disconnecting it. I'll check into that - looks like I can then just change the voltages manually.
