It's possible with the Sunsynk add-on. Read in the documentation about rwsensors. There's also a modbus document from Deye which publishes all the modbus registers. You can create custom sensors in the add-on to be able to read/write any of these that aren't already supported.

I have also been having some issues with getting the SEPLOS_MQTT script working. I found that when byte4geek made the changes suggested by @roverga above, they missed one. See https://github.com/byte4geek/SEPLOS_MQTT/issues/10 After making that change, it is working for me on a 10E BMS.

Thanks, yeh that was a thought. It looks pretty flimsy, but the shelf is rated for 500kG so it should be fine unless it gets wet as you say. Fortunately the shed is very dry and warm and it's off the ground so I decided it wasnt work spending $200ish on another sheet of aluminium.

Yeh, they had trouble with connection with my inverters one time so they gave up and sent me the file and instructions on how to do it.

For me there's a 1.5-2mm gap between the heatsink and the back of the 2mm aluminium cover. I used 15mm stand-offs and my rj45 ports are almost perfectly flush with the front of the cover, but the dip switches are 1.5-2mm back.

I've just ordered some 3mm thick thermal pad for my one. Lucky I read this thread before I commissioned by battery.
