    You can just go buy a scrambler. They sell 'em on ebay. Just stick it in the middle of your property, point it at the sky and steal the flux capacitor from the delorean in back to the future. Oh yeah, you'll need a little plutonium and a couple jigawatts of power. Not sure where to get the latter.
