System was installed at the end of July 2023. Installers were very poor in terms of fitting, showing us how it all works, providing correct MCS (currently on version 5), providing necessary G98 DNO paperwork to get Export MPAN (took 14 weeks) and get on Octopus export tariff. We are now finally on Export tariff but wanting to transfer to Flux if we can understand settings on inverter to force charge and discharge at certain times without relying on going back to installers every time.
