Hello guys, I did finally built the MPI 10k with Grid Tie Setup + 23kWh LiFePo4 Battery. Noise level is realy surprisingly acceptable. MPI5.5k is much louder. Now looking for the optimal battery settings on MPI software. Not sure if somebody did already investigated here. rgds,daniel

Interesting fact, that those fans consume 10W each, not usre if this is included in the conversion efficency and consumption numbers. Anyhow I would be highly interesting to reduce the overal system noise with better fans.

Yes, that is my last state of my research. It will become quite expensive and complex. I did end up in 48V system with parallel inverter, that is scalla ble and min disadvantages .

ok, thanks, with Gen input its clear. In my case the Generators are physically far away (100-200m) and would be full power grid tied, no need to control. The only function which would be required is the AC charging in case of energy insertion into the grid.

Cells were all top balanced, same votlage, same inner resistance. Checked terminal temperature, finally replaced the cell and problem become better. So it looks like cell had some internal issue. Will have a look further. Thanks for the suggestions. I also recognized that the problem occurs...

In LV case you can go for Seplos or JBD BMS with CAN, that is better.

update: we did measured VoC on the string: endup in around 38.5V @ around 0°C. According to spec it should be ~ 42-1V. for the complete string it is a delta of 50V ! Panels are brand new. The second string showed similar value ~38.6V@0°C. Its even much lower then the spec @ 25°C ~41.9V. Is this...
