Going to bump this thread because I basically have the same question, but I think this was asked before the batteries got their compliance rating. Now that the batteries have the UL9540A listing, does that mean they can be paired with the Sol-Ark 15K and the system be code compliant?

I think that you might find you're also missing the parallel cables (~$100) and the conduit boxes (~$100/ea), if you care about that.

That's great news. I would expect the manufacture documentation to be the hardware requirements with a note that local code may require additional spacing since the hardware is often being installed in areas, such as yours, without those code requirements. But I'm also very new to this segment...

Bummer. It seems so weird, like the equipment touching the grid should be able to say "Yeah, we got this whole not back-feeding while the grid is down under control" and the batteries should be able to say "We're not catching fire, don't worry about us". I don't understand why it's a paired...
