thanks for the useful information, but the issue is i have being using this system for more than 6 months without any issue. had no issue with panel wires or MC4 connectors up to now.

Thanks for the help, i sent the inverter to repair. and the technician confirmed me that there is no hardware issue. and the person who installed the system checked the PV side and confirmed that there is no issue with the panel side. im wondering what to do now....
