Same thing I ran into with Chins, they did have a phone number but they never called back, only an answering machine, same with email support.... nothing.
Have been looking at increasing battery capacity and hoping I might be able to get a Chins or the like to run with my Battleborn, unfortunately if you wire them together (series or parallel) BB said first problem would be a BMS mismatch and second you would void your warranty.

So what does the Max PV Array power mean and why is it even there if the Rated Charge Power is what they go by? Eperver sheet showed 500 to 1000W Panel input your sheet shows 580W....any wonder people get confused then the other says 390 ....big difference and all I wanted to know was which...
Have an Epever 30 amp charge controller with 600 watts solar panels but am getting conflicting information from the Epever Data sheet it reads: "Max Solar Input Power 390W (12V)" but further down it says
"Solar Panel Max Input Power 500W -1000-W"
So...which...
Found the Epever sizing info, shows the 30 amp maxes at 390 watts while the 60 amp can do 750 watts.

Have been running a 30 amp Epever MPPT charge controller on my 600 watt 12 volt solar for several years but see 60 amps is now recommended,
just wondering if the performance or increased output would be worth it?
