Looks like this is a major difference between the sol-ark 15k vs eg4 18kpv.. The Sol-Ark supplements any power in excess of max AC current (i.e. 50A) with grid power, whereas the EG4 does not supplement, but instead fully transfers to grid power. Since i only plan to use one inverter with 2x 3.0...
