Just got an inverter/charger but it is not weather tight, but I still want to mount it "outside" of the building. I was thinking something like a lean-to cabinet with electronics(inverter/charger, busbars, 12v fuses, charge controller, etc) up top enclosed with venting and the batteries below...

Where do you connect the wire from the ground rod in the earth? Have solar panels, mppt, inverter charger, small electrical panel and generator... I would imagine you only connect it to one. Which is best place to connect it to?
