No previous experience with solar. Minimal experience with electronics, but lots of experience figuring stuff out and doing all sorts of things, so learning quickly about this.
Current or Future Solar Power System
Currently I am setting up a small isolated system for my home. At the moment I am testing components before setting everything up definitively. Right now I have 2 x 450W panels in series on the roof, hooked up to a PowMr-m60 Pro MPPT charger, a 24V/200Ah (2P2S) LiFePo4 battery bank and a 3500W/7000W peak Vevor pure sinewave inverter. My usual power consumption is in the range of 100-150kwh/month so once I finish testing I plan to add two more 450W panels to cover most if not all my needs. I do have grid power here so once everything is good to go I will use a MoeS ATS to switch to grid power if my batteries get too low.
