As shown in the picture, boost voltage (I assume this is bulk) range is 14.4-14.8v and float range is 13.4-13.8v

The issue is that in the inverter's parameters, if I specified battery type as FLA, I cannot change the Low DC cut-off voltage, it is fixed to 42v, which is pretty low. I think I have to change the battery type to User-Defined, and manually set the value of cut-off voltage to 48v.

an electric technician took care of the wiring. I just called him, he said that they are wired as 2 banks of 6 batteries each with 2 batteries set as stand by in each bank (I'm not sure how this is possible), and the batteries are connected to an optimizer.

Thanks for your reply. Can you please give more details about Solar assistant and home assistant. When you say replace my dongle with solar assistant, is it a device that I plug it in my inverter?
