I believe you're looking for a 12 volt DC voltage monitoring relay. It would sense voltage and the contacts would cut off power.

I ordered 3 of the 12v 100ah batteries this spring and after fully, properly charging and load testing them, all three were over 101ah and worked well in our RV this summer. But the latest one i just received only tested at slightly over 95ah. Awaiting the manufacturer's response but may just...
