I wish you luck I am installing the same thing and need to figure the wiring out (panel side etc). Every electrician around here says no to anything related to solar, unless they are part of a solar install team that is. I have a 400 amp service so im scratching my head allot lately.

Having all loads on inverters for off setting power bill however when grid is down having only critical loads run. (lights, well, freezer/fridge, etc.) Eventually I will be adding a generator for extended outages.

I am on the look for the same thing. However it s due to cost of racking etc vs not having the space. I was considering the bifacial SEG panels on SS due to the .40 per watt cost in comparison to say the APtos or others at .50 and up.
