Good news and I was correct that the schematic sent had error in couple of cable connections, MPP sent me the proper connection update and that resolved my problem and the Inverter is up now and producing power...

Good news, I believe I figured out the issue with inverter reseting during the day, 02 setting for AC voltage input range must be set to APL! I am not sure why, but it resolved the problem and it has been running for couple hour without a single drop.

I had the same error and the problem was resolved by replacing the Main board, about $300 unit including shipping. But there is a lot of work as you have to remove all the other boards to get to the Main board.
