Ok. So amend on the Victron. What about the BMS, adjust that as well? And sync 100% at the 13.6v that it settles on float charge?

So I have 2x 280amp lifepo. Connected to a Victron muktiplus for my RV. Each cell is 3.65v max. I’ve set everything in BMS and Victron to to max cell/battery voltage. But, it will only charge to 13.6v. What am I doing wrong?
