Thanks all for the input. Yes, The battery is "topped up" first thing in the morning, as the sun comes up, (takes about an hour) Overnight Low voltage is 13.22V Then it goes into Float all day. No loads on the system, as Van is only used rarely at weekends..

Yep.. seems silly to turn it off, so I've set it to 1 degree lower than the Victron level. Again, thanks for the link, it saved me buying a new BMS..

Does anyone have a later version of the software for android, I am using the one, Will has on his site. Its the enterprise version, so changes can be made. I found the one in the play store, but that is extremely limited, and does not allow any changes..

As with all things Solar..... It Depends... Higher voltage panels will hurt the battery. Imagine shoving up to 100v straight into your battery?. series connected panels will cause problems. Best to avoid doing this I believe..

you should be wary of alternator charging, especially as you have 2 LIFPO4 batteries. Normal Alternators do not cope well with the demands, and Marine altenators could be fitted to a van, but cost!

I like the choice of Victron stuff.. For the low Temp Disconnect, they do a small magic box, which connects to the 100/30 via Bluetooth, and provides the charger, with the temp, so it can stop the charging at the temp you specify...

Yep, Bought the 190Ah cells before Xmas, they took a whie because of the shutdown, but when they arrived, they were good, new , grade A cells, which capacity tested just above their advertised capacity.. I have them built into a 12v system, waiting to go into my Motorhome.....
