I forgot my jk bms password

Yes. I scanned them and those were my findings. I was surprised to see the energy recording 0.0wh and the capacity recording 0.0ah

My JK bms is reading 54.36v Measuring with multimeter, individual cells read 3.202v. I tested the wiring by measurements , the last one gave 51.26v but when I plug the cables into the Jk bms and start the bms, the app display in my phone is showing 54.36v. What could be the problem?

I was surprised because all the cell's qr codes I've been scanning has been given me values for the energy and the capacity. I wanted to know if someone else has experienced this before and also to find out if it was normal or there was a foul play by the seller.

I tested the individual cells using multimeter and I got 3.202v What could make the bms on my phone to read 54.36v instead of 51.26v?

I went further to check reading of individual cells with multimeter and 10 cells were reading 3.203v each. 4 cells were reading 3.202v each while 2 cells were reading 3.201v each. Total 51.24v.
