I first built a small solar system back in about 2010 when I was living in Kentucky. It was a few golf cart batteries and a few hundred watts of solar. It was a start. Since then I built a cargo trailer into a camper, installed 400 watts of solar with a Renogy charge controller, a GoWise power 2000 watt inverter and 4 6v golf cart batteries and a and toured the US for 3 years in it.
