Yes, its over 200v. It worked great all day yesterday. Last night, after the sun went down it decided that there wasn't enough PV voltage?!
The system is working fine, but the SmartESS app isn't working because it sees that alarm that isn't handled. At least that is my take of what I am seeing.
I have one battery attached, the Eg4 LifePower battery. It was working fine for a few days. We have had 2 sunny days in a row and now the inverter all of a sudden can't see the battery. I have 1 kW of panels so it shouldn't be overcharging it in anyway.
With this fault my system isn't...
Tell me more about this, Dessmonitor! I need to clear this alarm because the program isn't doing anything!
Nevermind, I found it and deleted the alert but it didn't make a difference. Either this program is wrong or the unit is showing me wrong info. I am going with the program is junk.
I just received a EG4 3000 and the discussion about where to neutral bond is all over the map. SO as of February 2024 when using the grid to charge the batteries, AKA the AC in is plugged into the wall, do I neutral bond at my installed load center or does the plug in the wall provide the...
I just got my EG4 3000 up and running yesterday. Today I see I have an unhandled PV undervoltage alarm that I can't figure out how to clear and there is no data coming in showing my battery charging, although I can clearly see on the unit itself that it is.
How do I fix this?!
It is a single 3000. It will be attached to one battery for the foreseeable future and I will run a plug so the AC in can be plugged into a nearby wall socket. I recognize that I can't charge with much current from a wall socket. I DO have a load center attached to the AC out with a few...
