Means that your Inverter is not communicating with the BMS of the Battery. You will need to crimp a customized RJ45 pinout cable to get that to work.

A cold restart solves this issue. Turn Grid off, Turn PV Off, Turn Inverter Off, Turn Battery Off, Make sure all are turned off, wait like 30 Seconds, Turn Battery On, Turn PV on, Turn Grid on, Turn Inverter on. Please follow the sequence. This steps resolved my similar issue for me.

You will need a different RS485 cable than the one shipped with the Battery and Inverter. Although My Felicity LPBF48300 shipped with this cable recently. I had 2 RS485 cables in the box. Any one of them. Only one goes to the inverter, the second loops to a second battery if you have 2 or more batteries.
