I have made my own bus bar using 3/4" L copper tubing and was wondering if anyone has done similar for cable lugs? I'm thinking maybe 1/2" M or N would work fine. Use a vise to crush the end and drill a whole, leaving 1/2-1" length to insert wire to crimp. Thoughts?

Ya, I'm starting to wish I had gone 48 volt. Had I known then what I know now, I would have. Kind of too late now since I invested quite a bit in 24 volt Victron equipment.

I did a little more research on these and also discovered that the PTC Power Rating for the Trina panels is only 301w of the original 400w rating, while the Q Cells panel is 394.29W. That's almost 100w loss in real world use on the Trina panels compared to what they rate them at! Can anyone...
